Alex and Luke’s big day in Gol Gol was one of those dreamy, magical ones that was all about love, laughter, and just the right touches to make it perfectly them. From pre-wedding prep to the final moments of the night, I had the absolute pleasure of being there every step of the way, making sure everything was just right.
Pre-Wedding Prep & Styling Magic
Before their special day even began, I was right there with Alex and Luke, taking care of all the little details that make a wedding uniquely theirs. From designing their stubby holders (an absolute Aussie must-have) to creating a beautiful welcome sign, menus, name cards, and the seating chart—every touch mattered. I was also Alex’s go-to girl, always ready when she needed me. Whether it was handling last-minute details or just being there to talk things through and get them out of her head, I had her back every step of the way.
On-the-Day Coordination
The big day itself? Let’s just say, it was non-stop, but in the best way! I was there from 11 am to make sure everything ran like clockwork—from the beautiful riverside ceremony to the elegant reception. When it was time for the ceremony to kick off, I made sure the immediate family had the best seats, poured the champagne for the perfect toast, and even put out a platter for everyone to enjoy. It was all about making sure every little detail flowed effortlessly so Alex and Luke could just be in the moment. Once speeches were over, I picked up all the gifts and sweet messages from guests and took them to Alex and Luke’s accommodation, so they’d wake up surrounded by love. It’s those little things that make all the difference!

Honestly, so much goes into making a wedding day run smoothly, and it was my absolute pleasure to be the extra set of hands for Alex and Luke—from coordinating with vendors to setting up champagne and ushering guests. At the end of the day, seeing them so happy and relaxed was worth every second of hustle. 💕
