Alright, so this post is way overdue (let’s blame pregnancy brain, yeah? 😂), but I had to share the magic that was Zac & Emma’s wedding at Barangaroo Winery. These two legends pulled off the most relaxed, fun, and freaking gorgeous day, and I was lucky enough to be right there in the thick of it.
Pre-Wedding Prep – All the Good Stuff
Before the big day even kicked off, I was deep in wedding mode, making sure Zac & Emma’s day was gonna be next-level perfect. Here’s what went down:

The Big Day – Running the Show 🎬
When it was go time, I was there making sure everything ran seamlessly, so Zac & Emma could just focus on having the best time ever.
First up, their fur baby needed some VIP treatment. I took him to the venue early so he could have a proper sniff around before his big moment walking down the aisle.
Meanwhile, I was running around making sure the ceremony setup was spot on—chairs in perfect rows, florals looking lush, aisle placement just right. No detail was left unchecked.
The groomsmen? Let’s just say they needed a little help remembering their boutonnieres, but don’t worry, I had them sorted and pinned before photos even started.
And when it was time for the bridal party to make their entrance, I was behind the scenes making sure the timing was on point—no awkward gaps, no confused bridesmaids sprinting down the aisle. Just a seamless, beautiful moment leading up to the “I do’s.”

Not gonna lie, this one meant a lot—because I’ve known Zac & Emma since high school. Watching them tie the knot (and later own the dance floor) was next level. Seeing friends get married and knowing I played a part in making it all happen? That’s the good stuff.
